Vendor Operations Manager

📋 Description

• • As a Vendor Operations Manager at Dave Inc., you will oversee and strengthen how the company partners with offshore BPOs supporting member dispute and fraud workflows, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and scalability in alignment with regulatory standards.
• • You will take ownership of day-to-day vendor-supported dispute operations, including managing performance, driving improvements in Reg E and Reg Z workflows, and shaping processes that reduce risk and enhance accuracy as the company scales.
• • You will sit at the intersection of Risk, Compliance, and Operations, collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to build reliable, audit-ready systems that support Dave’s mission of providing fair and accessible financial services to underserved Americans.
• • In this role, you will gain deep expertise in financial regulations, vendor management, and operational risk mitigation while contributing to the launch of new products like Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) and helping build scalable, compliant systems in a fast-growing fintech environment.
