- • The Customer Intelligence Engineer builds scalable intelligence workflows that help Seeq’s Customer Success organization act earlier, smarter, and more strategically by transforming raw customer data into actionable insights.
- • Day to day, the role involves designing and deploying account-level Slack summaries for CSMs and leadership, translating product usage and contract data into operational signals, building or extending data pipelines with Analytics Engineering, and developing Python-based automation to operationalize insights at scale.
- • The role sits within Customer Success at Seeq Corporation, operating at the intersection of product usage analytics, customer health modeling, workflow automation, and applied AI, supporting a mission to improve health and renewal predictability through data-driven insights.
- • The person in this role will learn to apply AI and modern tooling, contribute to customer health scoring frameworks, develop usage-to-renewal correlation models, and partner cross-functionally with CSMs and engineering teams to elevate development practices and feed product insights back into the organization.
