- • As a Customer Manager on a 12-month fixed-term contract at Clorox, you will play a key role in driving commercial excellence and sustainable growth across key customer accounts, reporting to the Customer Team Leader.
- • You will act with a general manager mindset, owning business planning cycles including MBRs, QBRs, and Joint Business Planning, while executing long-term customer strategies aligned with Clorox priorities.
- • You will leverage Net Revenue Management (NRM) principles to optimize trade investment, analyze performance data and post-promotion results, and deliver accurate forecasts and scenario planning to support business decisions.
- • You will build strong, multi-level customer relationships through effective storytelling and engagement, apply a 360° omni-channel perspective, and collaborate cross-functionally with Demand Planning, Customer Experience, and Strategy teams to ensure alignment and efficient execution.

🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of sales experience in Consumer Packaged Goods
- • Experience managing key retail accounts including Metro Quebec, Jean Coutu, and Super C
- • Bilingual in French and English
- • Bachelor’s degree required
- • Strong financial and analytical skills with ability to translate data into actions
- • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales/analytics tools such as Exceedra, POS, Nielsen, and Numerator
