- • Develop and execute sales strategies and account plans to achieve Annual Operating Plan (AOP) targets, drive revenue growth, and improve profit margins for commercial customers in Quebec.
- • Lead strategic account planning and build strong, long-term relationships with key customer stakeholders to align on performance objectives and business outcomes.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with Commercial Category Planning and internal teams to meet customer expectations, support supply chain alignment, and deliver on business goals.
- • Identify, assess, and respond to customer needs while promoting Goodyear’s full portfolio of commercial tires and services to increase Share of Account (SOA).
- • Partner with dealers and distributors to grow fleet business through training, market competitiveness analysis, and provision of sales tools and resources.
- • Provide accurate sales forecasting, business insights, and performance analytics to support decision-making and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- • Represent Goodyear’s commercial products and services throughout the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) cycle, acting as the primary liaison between customers and internal functions.
- • Deliver regular, high-level business updates to executive leadership on account performance, market trends, and competitive positioning.
- • Maintain and expand relationships with key commercial customers including dealers, original equipment (OE) manufacturers, and bus transit operators.
- • Ensure Goodyear remains the preferred full-service supplier by driving customer retention and increasing product penetration across all commercial segments.
- • Work independently in a remote capacity while maintaining consistent communication with Goodyear Canada headquarters in Toronto and global headquarters in Akron, Ohio.
- • Travel as required to meet with customers, attend industry events, and support dealer and distributor partnerships across Quebec.
- • Apply strong business acumen to analyze sales metrics, pricing strategies, and financial performance indicators to optimize account profitability.
- • Utilize exceptional negotiation, problem-solving, and presentation skills to influence customer decisions and resolve complex commercial challenges.
- • Maintain full bilingual proficiency in French and English to effectively communicate with customers, internal teams, and executive leadership across Canada and the U.S.
