  • • As a Business Development Manager at Finartis, you will drive new business growth by building and managing a qualified sales pipeline targeting private banks, asset managers, and family offices worldwide, playing a critical role in accelerating the company’s expansion in the WealthTech sector.
  • • Your day-to-day responsibilities include leading the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signature, developing strategic partnerships through networking and events, coordinating RFI/RFP responses and proposals, contributing to go-to-market strategy, and identifying new markets and growth opportunities while collaborating closely with Pre-Sales, Product Experts, and management.
  • • Finartis is a Swiss software publisher specializing in Wealth Management, providing robust and scalable front-to-back platforms for private banks, asset managers, and family offices globally, and is strengthening its commercial organization as part of a focused growth strategy.
  • • In this role, you will develop expertise in complex B2B software sales within financial services, sharpen your negotiation and stakeholder management skills at the C-level, gain exposure to international markets across Europe, Middle East, and Asia, and directly influence company growth and strategy through entrepreneurial initiative and ownership.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5+ years in B2B software sales, with preference for WealthTech or FinTech experience
  • • Proven ability to manage complex and long sales cycles
  • • Strong commercial mindset and negotiation skills
  • • Ability to structure opportunities and drive deals to closure
  • • Strong relationship-building skills with C-level stakeholders
  • • Experience in partner development is a plus
  • • Structured, disciplined, and results-driven approach
  • • Entrepreneurial and proactive mindset with strong ownership and accountability
  • • Comfortable working in a collaborative, international environment
