- • The District Sales Manager (DSM) for Brasseler in Boston, MA is responsible for driving gross profit and sales targets within their assigned territory, expanding market share, and strengthening the Brasseler brand across dental, medical, educational, government, and institutional customer segments. This role is critical to sustaining Brasseler USA’s reputation as a leader in high-quality, clinician-endorsed dental and medical instrumentation made in the USA since 1976.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include presenting and selling products using the Brasseler value proposition, conducting cost-benefit and needs analyses for prospects and existing customers, managing the sales pipeline via CRM, executing cold outreach to generate leads, resolving customer issues promptly to ensure satisfaction, coordinating with internal teams, and providing regular reports on market trends, competitive activity, and product feedback.
