  • • The Director, Partner Sales at Autodesk is a senior leadership role focused on driving transformation, innovation, and scalable growth across the partner ecosystem in the UK and broader EMEA region. This position is critical to aligning global partner strategy with regional execution, ensuring consistent, high-impact partner and customer experiences while advancing Autodesk’s mission to help innovators turn ideas into reality through sustainable design and manufacturing solutions.
  • • The role owns end-to-end partner strategy, performance governance, and cross-functional collaboration, requiring strong executive presence and data-driven decision-making to influence enterprise and regional strategy while delivering predictable outcomes across complex, matrixed organisations.
  • • Day to day, the Director will architect and scale strategic partner account planning models across the UK and EMEA, translating global go-to-market strategy into actionable regional execution plans that align with enterprise objectives.
  • • They will lead partner-led growth, innovation, and market expansion initiatives, identifying and unlocking new revenue opportunities through partner ecosystems, routes to market, and co-selling motions in collaboration with regional and global senior leadership.
  • • The role owns performance governance across the partner ecosystem, including conducting executive-level business reviews, ensuring forecasting accuracy, maintaining pipeline integrity, and driving disciplined use of data and analytics to support predictable business outcomes.
  • • They will champion collaboration across sales, marketing, customer success, finance, and operations to deliver seamless partner and customer experiences, aligning UK and EMEA stakeholders around shared partner goals and execution priorities.
  • • The Director will set enterprise and regional goals for account- and territory-based partner execution, ensuring partner-facing teams are equipped with the skills, tools, and operating models needed to drive long-term value and transformation.
  • • They will lead multi-year transformation initiatives across the partner ecosystem, including evolving operating models and governance frameworks, while influencing enterprise and regional strategy through clear executive communication and strategic storytelling.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Demonstrated depth of experience in partner sales, enterprise sales, business development, or ecosystem leadership within complex, matrixed organisations
  • • Proven track record of operating at Director level or equivalent, with accountability for regional or enterprise-wide strategy, outcomes, and transformation
  • • Experience leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives across multiple geographies, with the ability to translate global strategy into regional execution
  • • Strong commercial acumen, including ownership of forecasting discipline, pipeline health, and performance governance
  • • Ability to influence, align, and drive outcomes with senior leaders and executive stakeholders
  • • Deep understanding of UK and EMEA enterprise sales environments and partner ecosystems
