- • This Inside Sales Representative (SDC) role is responsible for driving sales growth by generating new opportunities and upselling to existing customers through phone, email, and electronic communication. The position supports the sales process by managing orders, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction, directly contributing to revenue targets and market expansion for HD Supply’s facilities products portfolio.
- • Day to day, the representative will prospect for new sales via outbound calls and emails, facilitate the sales process through order tracking and issue resolution, provide product pricing using pricing matrices, develop code directives for products, perform estimating and take-off duties, and maintain accurate records in CRM systems while meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a remote/hybrid environment.

The Inside Sales team operates from local facilities in New Braunfels, TX or Jacksonville, FL, supporting field sales and ensuring seamless customer experiences through responsive, knowledgeable, and solution-oriented sales support.
- • In this role, the individual will develop expertise in B2B sales consultative techniques, deepen product knowledge in hardware, electrical, lighting, and facilities solutions, gain proficiency in Salesforce and Excel for sales analytics, and build a track record of quota attainment—positioning them for advancement into senior sales, account management, or sales leadership roles within the organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of sales or sales support experience
- • Customer support and success experience
- • Proficiency in MS Excel and Salesforce or similar CRM
- • Experience with consultative or solution selling
- • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals in a remote or hybrid position
- • Organizational skills and professional phone etiquette
