  • • As a Mid-Market Sales Manager for HubSpot’s CEE & Italy region, you will lead and develop a high-performing team of Account Executives, driving revenue growth through strategic leadership, coaching, and execution of HubSpot’s proven sales methodology. This role is critical to scaling HubSpot’s presence in key European markets by building a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and customer-centric selling.
  • • You will lead and manage a sales team to meet monthly goals including activity metrics, forecasted opportunities, and revenue targets; build confidence and trust with direct reports while providing developmental feedback for continuous improvement; coach team members to develop professional sales skills through observation, evaluation, and targeted skill-building; collaborate with other sales managers, directors, and executives to align on business growth strategies; supervise and conduct training on inbound sales, product knowledge, and marketing topics to ensure team readiness; maintain headcount by recruiting, selecting, and onboarding new Account Executives; maintain deep technical and professional knowledge of the HubSpot platform and inbound marketing principles; understand local market dynamics in CEE and Italy to build and execute tailored growth plans; and consistently demonstrate HubSpot’s core values and leadership traits in all interactions.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Professional fluency in English is required
  • • Experience leading a consultative sales process, with proven ability to segment and manage territories effectively
  • • Superior coaching skills — ability to observe, evaluate, and apply various techniques to improve individual and team performance
  • • Detail-oriented with strong capacity to manage multiple objectives simultaneously
  • • Strong prospecting skills, demonstrating effectiveness in the early stages of HubSpot’s sales methodology (Research & Connect, Explore & Strategize, Demo & Close Call)
  • • Strong analytic skills to identify trends and gaps in team activities and results, using insights to drive behavioral changes and build data-informed growth plans
  • • Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams to achieve shared business objectives
  • • Strong individual and team motivation skills, high self-awareness, and well-developed interpersonal and emotional intelligence (EQ)
  • • Personal accountability to hit monthly team goals, paired with a positive, resilient attitude
