📋 Description
- • Build and manage outbound and inbound pipeline targeting enterprise accounts across multi-location businesses in restaurant, fitness, wellness, and consumer service industries.
- • Research and map complex organizational structures and buying committees to identify key decision-makers in operations, training, HR, and franchise leadership.
- • Execute multi-threaded outbound strategies using email, phone, LinkedIn, video, and AI-assisted outreach to engage prospects at multiple levels within target accounts.
- • Leverage AI tools to enhance prospect research, refine messaging, prioritize outreach targets, and automate repetitive workflows to increase efficiency and scalability.
- • Identify operational pain points within frontline team environments and articulate how Opus Training’s platform solves those challenges.
- • Book qualified discovery meetings for Enterprise Account Executives by delivering high-impact, personalized outreach that resonates with enterprise buyers.
- • Maintain strict CRM hygiene and ensure accurate, up-to-date pipeline data to support forecasting and sales reporting.
- • Collaborate with marketing, enablement, and sales leadership to co-develop account-specific outreach campaigns and optimize messaging based on real-time feedback.
- • Continuously test and iterate on email sequences, AI prompts, outreach rhythms, and engagement tactics to improve response rates and meeting conversion benchmarks.
- • Stay current on emerging AI-driven GTM trends, enterprise sales best practices, and evolving buyer behaviors in service-sector industries.
- • Work directly with experienced GTM leadership to shape the enterprise outbound motion from the ground up in a high-visibility, early-stage role.
- • Travel to industry conferences and events to network with potential clients and build relationships in person.
- • Partner with revenue operations to streamline workflows, improve data integrity, and implement tools that enhance outbound efficiency.
- • Operate with a growth mindset, actively seeking feedback and coaching to rapidly improve performance in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
- • Demonstrate strong organizational skills and consistent follow-through across multiple outreach channels and account initiatives.
- • Use AI-powered tools to automate research, personalize messaging at scale, and surface insights that traditional methods cannot deliver.
- • Contribute to the development of scalable outbound playbooks that become the foundation for future enterprise SDR and AE teams as Opus scales.
- • Translate insights from frontline business operations into compelling value propositions that align with enterprise buyer priorities.
- • Maintain high standards of professionalism and communication in all external and internal interactions, reflecting Opus’s brand and mission.
- • Act as a bridge between sales, product, and customer success by relaying market feedback and customer challenges to internal teams.
🎯 Requirements
- • 1-3 years of SDR, BDR, or outbound sales experience in SaaS
- • Strong written and verbal communication skills
- • Comfortable with cold calling and outbound prospecting
- • Highly organized with strong follow-through
- • Growth mindset and willingness to receive coaching
- • Strong work ethic and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
- • Interest in AI, sales technology, and modern GTM strategies
