📋 Description
- • As a Sales Representative at Diversey (a Solenis Company), you will drive growth in southern Thailand by managing key accounts and developing new business opportunities in the hospitality sector, contributing to the company’s mission of delivering sustainable hygiene solutions globally.
- • Day to day, you will strengthen relationships with existing clients through upselling and cross-selling, proactively address client needs to reduce churn, allocate 50% of your time to acquiring new hospitality clients in the region, develop tailored sales strategies, collaborate with internal and external teams to align solutions, promote sustainable innovations, conduct regular site visits, and use digital tools for on-site troubleshooting to maintain service standards.

🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in hospitality, cleaning, or hygiene industries
- • Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability in negotiation, communication, and relationship management
- • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM platforms such as Salesforce
- • Customer-focused mindset with strong business acumen and a proactive, solution-oriented approach
- • Willingness to travel frequently within Southern Thailand, including Phuket, Samui, and nearby provinces
- • Strong sense of ownership, drive, and passion for delivering exceptional customer value
