- • As a Rare Disease Business Manager for PI/CIDP at Takeda Pharmaceutical, you will drive sales growth and patient access for life-changing therapies in Iowa and Omaha, NE, directly impacting patients with rare immune deficiencies and neuromuscular conditions.
- • Day to day, you will achieve sales quotas by engaging healthcare professionals, delivering product presentations, analyzing market trends, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and participating in community education events while ensuring compliant, patient-centric interactions.
- • You will join Takeda’s PI/CIDP Sales Team, reporting to the Sr. Regional Business Director, within a patient-focused, innovation-driven organization committed to transforming healthcare through R&D leadership and values-based culture.
- • In this role, you will develop strategic selling skills, deepen expertise in rare disease therapeutics, master matrix collaboration, and grow as a trusted partner to HCPs and patients—contributing to Better Health and a Brighter Future while advancing your career in specialty pharmaceuticals.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA)
- • 3+ years of successful selling experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device (or 2+ years at Takeda)
- • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- • Proven ability to navigate complex selling environments and influence decision makers
- • Strong business acumen and strategic planning skills
- • Demonstrated territory planning and account management abilities
- • Valid driver’s license
- • Must reside within the assigned territory (Iowa/Omaha, NE)
