- • As the Partnerships Director at Haast Technologies Inc., you will be the founding architect of the company’s US partner ecosystem, responsible for building and scaling a high-impact partner motion from the ground up. This role is critical to Haast’s growth strategy, as partnerships will serve as a primary lever to penetrate regulated enterprise markets and accelerate revenue in the $50B+ compliance and legal tech space. You will operate as an individual contributor with full ownership of partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, working directly with founders and cross-functional leaders to define how Haast wins in the US market.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: developing and executing a comprehensive US partner strategy targeting agencies, global systems integrators (GSIs), hyperscalers (Google Cloud, AWS), and technology partners; identifying, engaging, and onboarding new agency and advisory partners who serve regulated industries such as financial services, healthcare, insurance, telco, and utilities; designing and launching co-sell motions with cloud and technology partners, including joint go-to-market plans, solution integrations, and co-branded campaigns; negotiating and closing complex commercial agreements including referral, reseller, OEM, and white-label structures, often involving multi-party legal and commercial terms; driving joint account planning and co-selling efforts with partners to ensure seamless deal execution, expansion, and customer success; creating enablement assets such as playbooks, battle cards, use case libraries, and messaging frameworks tailored to partner audiences; collaborating closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to align on partner-led opportunities, ensure smooth handoffs, and maximize partner-influenced revenue; and continuously measuring, optimizing, and reporting on partner-sourced pipeline, influenced revenue, and partner performance to refine strategy and demonstrate impact.

- • In this role, you will have the rare opportunity to shape a foundational go-to-market function from scratch, gaining deep expertise in enterprise partnership strategy, complex deal structuring, and GTM execution in high-stakes regulated markets. You will develop credibility with C-suite executives including CMOs, General Counsel, and Heads of Compliance and Risk, while building a partner network that drives measurable revenue impact. Over 12 months, you will accelerate your professional growth significantly—gaining experience equivalent to multiple years in a more established organization—by owning end-to-end partnership lifecycle, influencing product positioning through partner feedback, and contributing directly to Haast’s mission of transforming compliance into a strategic advantage for global enterprises.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven senior-level experience in enterprise SaaS partnerships, alliances, or business development, with a demonstrated ability to build partner motions from scratch rather than manage existing programs
- • A verifiable track record of generating pipeline and closing revenue through partners, including agencies, GSIs, and cloud ecosystems, supported by concrete metrics and deal examples
- • Deep fluency in regulated industries such as financial services, insurance, healthcare, telco, or utilities, with established credibility and relationships among CMOs, General Counsel, and Compliance/Risk leaders
- • Expertise in negotiating and structuring complex commercial agreements, including referral, reseller, OEM, and white-label models, often involving multi-party legal, commercial, and technical considerations
- • Experience working closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to enable partner-led deals, create enablement materials, and ensure successful deal execution and expansion
