• • The Senior Account Manager (AI Transformation) at Jellyfish is a pivotal role responsible for guiding a new client through their transition from an incumbent agency, ensuring seamless onboarding and successful adoption of Pencil Pro, Jellyfish’s Generative AI platform for creative production.
• • Day to day, the person will lead client onboarding and transition management, identify opportunities to enhance marketing and content workflows using AI, collaborate with internal teams across strategy, creative, media, data, and technology, act as a trusted advisor to clients on AI-driven transformation, lead project governance and change management initiatives, and monitor performance metrics to report on the impact of AI-enabled solutions.
