  • • As an Account Manager at WeTravel’s Sydney office, you will be a key part of building a high-performing team focused on helping travel organizers maximize the value of the platform while feeling supported throughout their journey. This role is critical to growing WeTravel’s presence in Australia, a high-potential market, by nurturing client relationships and driving satisfaction.
  • • Day to day, you will manage and nurture relationships with new and existing clients, proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, resolve issues with a calm and friendly approach, and collaborate with Sales, Support, and Product teams to share feedback and improve service delivery.
  • • WeTravel is an international, travel-loving company headquartered in Amsterdam with a remote-first culture, dedicated to transforming the travel industry through innovation and customer-centric solutions. The Sydney team is growing rapidly, offering a collaborative environment where your contributions directly impact client success and product evolution.
  • • In this role, you will develop expertise in B2B account management within the SaaS and travel tech space, strengthen your consultative selling and problem-solving skills, gain experience in cross-functional collaboration, and have the opportunity to grow into a leadership role as the team expands.
