- • The Account Executive - Customer Base role at OneSource Virtual (OSV) is critical to driving revenue growth by expanding services within existing customer accounts, leveraging deep knowledge of Workday and OSV’s BPaaS solutions to transform HR, payroll, and finance operations.
- • Day to day, the Account Executive will manage complex sales cycles, collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Business Development, Solution Consulting, Legal, and Executive Leadership, maintain accurate Salesforce data, and engage with customer executives to position OSV’s outsourcing services in Payroll, Benefits Administration, HR, and Finance.
- • OSV is the leading exclusive provider of Business-Process-as-a-Service (BPaaS) solutions for Workday, serving over 1,000 customers globally with headquarters in Dallas, Texas, and a values-based culture that emphasizes innovation, collaboration, and professional development.
- • In this role, the individual will develop expertise in enterprise sales, strategic account expansion, and consultative selling within the HR technology space, while building long-term relationships and contributing to OSV’s mission of moving customers from transactional to transformational operations.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution or relevant work experience in HR services or enterprise software.
- • 3+ years of selling experience targeting organizations with 1,000+ employees, as defined by Workday.
- • Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles from start to finish with a track record of successful revenue attainment.
- • Experience cultivating mutually beneficial relationships with strategic partners and alliances.
- • Familiarity with SaaS architecture (preferred).
- • Experience selling ERP software and/or HCM solutions (preferred).
