  • • Lead the operationalization and scaling of Nomagic’s partner ecosystem as the first hire on the channel team, turning defined partner strategy into a functioning, revenue-generating machine.
  • • Build and manage relationships with channel partners across Europe and the US, ensuring alignment between partner sales teams and Nomagic’s opportunities to drive pipeline growth.
  • • Directly own the end-to-end process of partner deal progression, from initial connection to closed revenue, ensuring every opportunity moves forward efficiently.
  • • Collaborate closely with the Global Partnerships Director to refine and execute the partner channel strategy, translating high-level goals into actionable tactics.
  • • Travel extensively across Europe and the United States to meet partners in person, conduct joint sales activities, and strengthen relationships that convert into sustained business.
  • • Act as the primary liaison between Nomagic and partner sales teams, providing product knowledge, sales enablement materials, and market insights to maximize partner effectiveness.
  • • Identify and onboard new channel partners that align with Nomagic’s mission of teaching robots the real world, particularly in warehouse automation and Physical AI applications.
  • • Track, report, and optimize channel performance metrics tied directly to revenue outcomes, ensuring transparency and accountability in partner-driven sales.
  • • Work alongside the core team shaping how Physical AI is integrated into industrial environments, contributing to product feedback loops informed by real-world partner interactions.
  • • Establish scalable processes for partner onboarding, training, incentive alignment, and performance evaluation to support long-term ecosystem growth.
  • • Serve as the voice of the partner within Nomagic, advocating for partner needs while maintaining alignment with company goals and brand standards.
  • • Proactively identify market gaps and partner-driven insights that can inform product development, go-to-market strategy, and regional expansion plans.
  • • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of partner activities, pipeline status, and deal progress in CRM systems to ensure data-driven decision-making.
  • • Represent Nomagic at industry events, trade shows, and partner summits to expand visibility and attract high-potential channel collaborators.
  • • Balance strategic planning with hands-on execution, managing multiple partner relationships simultaneously while maintaining a sharp focus on revenue impact.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven experience in channel sales, partner management, or channel operations within a B2B technology company
  • • Demonstrated success in building and scaling partner ecosystems from the ground up
  • • Willingness and ability to travel frequently across Europe and the United States
  • • Strong track record of driving revenue through third-party channel partners
  • • Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills with external partners and internal stakeholders
  • • Experience using CRM systems to manage partner pipelines and sales activities
