- • As a Growth Sales Account Executive at Alteryx, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by managing renewals, upsells, and cross-sells for an assigned territory of 60-100 existing customers, directly contributing to the company’s mission of empowering organizations with data-driven decision-making through automation and AI.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing the full customer lifecycle for named accounts, conducting business value justification meetings, negotiating timely renewals with expansion, forecasting revenue weekly, maintaining 3X pipeline coverage, and proactively identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities by aligning with customer business goals through executive engagement.
- • You will be part of a high-performing sales team at Alteryx, a leader in the data analytics and automation space, working remotely with expected 25% travel to customer offices and internal events, collaborating closely with partner ecosystems and internal teams to execute go-to-market strategies and drive customer success.
- • In this role, you will develop advanced enterprise sales skills, deepen your expertise in SaaS value-based selling, master complex procurement and negotiation processes, and grow your ability to influence C-suite stakeholders — positioning yourself for long-term career growth in strategic sales leadership.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a sales role
- • 2+ years of B2B software/SaaS sales experience
- • Excellent knowledge of value-driven sales methodologies and ability to articulate ROI to C-suite and leadership
- • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
- • Demonstrated strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and ownership mindset with ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to build relationships across diverse personas including business users, IT, management, and executives
- • Demonstrated strong negotiation skills and ability to influence objections to achieve win-win outcomes
