  • • Lead a team of Enterprise Account Executives focused on manufacturing-sector clients to drive net-new customer acquisition and expansion across strategic accounts.
  • • Manage daily and weekly sales activities, pipeline health, forecasts, and closed deals to ensure repeatable, predictable above-quota revenue results.
  • • Build, measure, and optimize a scalable, repeatable enterprise SaaS sales process aligned with Ironclad’s AI contracting platform.
  • • Recruit, hire, train, and manage a growing team of experienced Account Executives to meet and exceed individual and company-wide sales targets.
  • • Empower sales reps with scalable systems, product knowledge, industry insights, and professional habits to enhance performance and closing rates.
  • • Coach and support sales representatives in navigating complex enterprise transactions, including prospecting, opportunity management, and positioning Ironclad as the industry leader.
  • • Develop targeted revenue goals for each demand team based on unique customer segments and market dynamics.
  • • Track, report, and analyze key growth metrics to assess individual and team performance against objectives.
  • • Implement best practices to ensure consistent, consultative sales and client success processes across the enterprise sales function.
  • • Plan resource allocation, forecast revenue growth, and monitor pipeline velocity to align with company-wide revenue objectives.
  • • Take an entrepreneurial approach to the role, collaborating with Sales Leadership to initiate and execute cross-functional projects outside traditional responsibilities.
  • • Foster a positive, motivating, and high-performance team culture that drives accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • • Utilize modern sales tools including LinkedIn and Salesforce to manage pipelines, track interactions, and optimize outreach strategies.
  • • Maintain a hands-on leadership style, actively engaging in deal strategy, pipeline reviews, and rep coaching while managing broader team operations.
  • • Demonstrate exceptional communication, emotional intelligence, and influencing skills to build trust with internal stakeholders and external clients.
  • • Stay organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented with proven follow-through on projects of all sizes and complexities.
  • • Adapt quickly to evolving priorities and take ownership of new initiatives beyond core responsibilities to support rapid company growth.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 10+ years of experience in SaaS sales with a minimum of 5+ years leading an enterprise sales team
  • • Proven track record of consistently exceeding individual sales quotas in enterprise SaaS environments
  • • Demonstrated ability to recruit, hire, and manage high-performing Account Executive teams
  • • Experience building and optimizing scalable sales processes with analytical rigor
  • • Strong strategic and executional balance, with ability to operate at both macro and micro levels
  • • Proficiency with modern sales tools such as Salesforce and LinkedIn
