- • As a GTM Technology Lead - India (Incubation) at Rubrik, you will play a pivotal role in driving adoption and market share for the company’s newest cybersecurity and data resilience solutions through the high-velocity product incubation team, RubrikX.
- • Day to day, you will provide technical and industry guidance in customer calls (both in person and remote), assist with technical implementations and proof-of-concepts for new products, collaborate with AE and SE counterparts, create and deliver presentations to internal teams, write thought-leadership content, speak at conferences, and work with product and engineering teams to uncover product gaps using real-world feedback.
- • You will be part of Rubrik’s Sales organization, a united group of elite cross-functional sales professionals focused on helping companies and government entities achieve resilience against cyber threats, with a strong emphasis on professional growth through world-class sales enablement and the One Rubrik selling approach.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in emerging cybersecurity technologies, influence product direction through customer insights, build C-level relationships as a trusted advisor, and gain opportunities to expand into leading technical specialist teams over time, all while contributing to Rubrik’s mission of securing the world’s data.
🎯 Requirements
- • Solid understanding of backups, high availability, cybersecurity, and disaster recovery architectures for the focus area
- • Ideally scripting experience in a relevant language (Python, PowerShell, Bash, etc.)
- • Ability to self-manage time and projects
- • Experience giving technical presentations
- • Strong track record of performance selling to small to large enterprise accounts
- • Entrepreneurial spirit with experience selling early-stage products in complex solutions
- • Naturally curious with the ability to learn new solutions quickly
- • Tenacious with natural drive and grit to get things done
- • Understanding and experience working with a partner ecosystem
- • Ideally a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
