📋 Description

  • As a Medical Sales Manager:in Bracing & Support (m/w/d) for the South-West region (PLZ 64, 66–79), you will drive sales targets and implement regional projects while serving as a trusted partner to physicians and medical institutions.
  • Your day-to-day responsibilities include advising doctors and healthcare facilities, expanding Össur’s market presence, identifying market trends, and converting them into growth opportunities and new partnerships through proactive engagement.
  • You will join Össur’s Orthotics Sales Team of 15 dedicated employees, working closely with the trade sales team and supported by internal sales services, reporting to the Regional Sales Manager South.
  • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in medical device sales, strengthen your consultative selling skills, and contribute to innovative, customer-focused solutions in mobility and rehabilitation technology.

🎯 Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, ideally within medical devices, assistive technology, or healthcare products.
  • Strong communication and active listening skills to understand and address the needs of healthcare professionals and customers.
  • Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration abilities, with a cooperative mindset and respect for diverse perspectives.
  • Results-driven approach with energy, sustainability, and a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Customer-centric mindset, placing user and client needs at the core of all sales activities.
  • Openness to innovation, digital tools, and continuous improvement, including willingness to challenge assumptions and embrace change.
