- • Serve as a Mid Market Account Executive responsible for driving revenue growth across the EMEA region by identifying, cultivating, and closing new business opportunities with mid-market customers.
- • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to penetrate mid-market segments, focusing on organizations seeking Intelligent Network Operations solutions to improve change readiness and network performance.
- • Conduct discovery calls, product demonstrations, and tailored presentations to articulate BlueCat’s value proposition in unified network lifecycle management—from provisioning to proactive troubleshooting and remediation.
- • Collaborate with technical pre-sales teams to align customer requirements with BlueCat’s platform capabilities, ensuring accurate scoping and solution fit.
- • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and pipeline development to negotiation, closing, and post-sale handoff to customer success teams.
- • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including network operations, IT infrastructure, and security teams within mid-market enterprises.
- • Utilize CRM systems to accurately forecast sales, track pipeline progress, and report on activity metrics to ensure alignment with regional and global sales targets.
- • Stay informed on industry trends in network operations, digital transformation, and IT automation to position BlueCat as a thought leader and trusted advisor.
- • Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams to refine messaging, identify upsell opportunities, and enhance customer retention in the mid-market segment.
- • Attend industry events, webinars, and virtual conferences to expand network and generate qualified leads within the EMEA region.
- • Adhere to BlueCat’s sales processes and compliance standards while maintaining the highest level of ethical conduct and customer integrity.
- • Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales tools, playbooks, and training materials based on real-world customer interactions and market feedback.
- • Represent BlueCat’s award-winning culture by embodying values of inclusion, mental health awareness, and workplace excellence in all customer and internal interactions.
- • Report directly to the Regional Sales Manager with accountability for achieving quarterly and annual revenue goals in the mid-market segment.
- • Travel may be required for in-person client meetings, regional events, or team gatherings, as business needs dictate and within company policy.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven track record of success as an Account Executive selling SaaS or enterprise software solutions to mid-market customers in the EMEA region
- • Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles from lead to close, with experience in network infrastructure, IT operations, or cybersecurity-related technologies
- • Strong proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement tools
- • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to articulate technical value to non-technical stakeholders
- • Self-motivated with a track record of exceeding quota and thriving in a remote, performance-driven environment
- • Deep understanding of the EMEA mid-market landscape and buyer personas in IT operations and network management
