- • As an Account Executive at EverWell (an EverCommerce vertical), you will drive the full sales cycle for Timely and SalonBiz SaaS solutions, converting trialists and inbound inquiries into long-term customers in the beauty and wellness industry across Australia and New Zealand.
- • Day to day, you will respond quickly to new leads, qualify prospects through calling, emailing, and research, build the sales funnel, and present how Timely empowers beauty professionals to run their businesses more effectively.
- • You’ll join a mission-driven team within EverCommerce that serves over 30,000 customers in 100 countries, focused on simplifying and empowering business owners in the service economy through tailored digital solutions.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in SaaS sales for the beauty industry, strengthen your consultative selling skills, and achieve measurable impact by growing customer activation and retention while working autonomously with strong team support.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven work experience as a Sales Account Executive or in a similar sales role
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- • Solid knowledge of CRM software and MS Office
- • Familiarity with the hair and beauty industry and ability to empathize with its challenges (nice-to-have)
- • Comfortable using web apps and technology in a connected digital lifestyle
- • Genuine, transparent communicator who is a good listener and solution-oriented
