- • As a Relationship Manager at Element Fleet Management Corp., you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and strengthening long-term client partnerships by developing and maintaining effective relationships within your assigned customer portfolio. This position is essential to achieving the company’s growth objectives through proactive client renewals, pricing optimization, and share of wallet opportunities, all while delivering a superior client experience that aligns with Element’s people-first, business-second philosophy.
- • Day to day, you will engage in continuous outreach with clients to uncover their needs using Know Your Client strategies, articulate the value proposition of Element’s products and services, address client escalations and objections, and develop creative solutions tailored to their requirements. You will collaborate with operational and cross-functional teams to execute client strategies, maintain accurate records in Salesforce.com, build and qualify new opportunities, and act as a liaison between Client Success and Operational Teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
