- • As Director, Payer Development at Enovis Corporation, you will play an integral role in driving the medical technology industry forward by establishing, maintaining, and improving payer access for Enovis products while managing profitable growth in national customer engagements.
- • You will manage business development, account development, customer satisfaction, client relationships, and overall account strategies; achieve budgeted sales; partner with Account Executives and functional teams; articulate ROI-based solutions; develop long-term account strategies; assess competitive pricing; identify cost reduction initiatives; profile key payors; expand service penetration; lead payer contract negotiations; liaise with Marketing on pricing; participate in cross-functional teams; support functional teams on coverage policies; identify competitive threats; create customer proposals; collaborate with Service and P&L Leaders; monitor customer projects; and participate in quality reviews.
- • You will operate within the Revenue Cycle Management team under the National Accounts business unit, reporting to the President of Revenue Cycle Management, and work remotely with up to 25% travel requirement.
- • You will build executive-level (C-Suite) relationships, establish yourself as a trusted business advisor, ensure client satisfaction, coordinate with senior leadership, maintain compliance with healthcare regulations (including HIPAA, Medicare, Medicaid), and uphold Enovis’ Code of Conduct and ethics programs while gaining deep expertise in payer dynamics, healthcare operations, and strategic account management in the orthopedic medical technology space.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of 15 years of experience working in a healthcare-related field
- • Experience negotiating pricing and contracts directly with Payors
- • History of achieving sales quotas and expanding customer relationships
- • Experience presenting to and calling on executive level (C-Suite) call points
- • Demonstrated success in working with Payors
- • Experience leading sales pursuit and/or customer engagement teams in a matrix environment
