  • • As an Account Executive, Mid-Enterprise at Conga Software Inc., you will sell mission-critical and transformational projects to high-value organizations, driving revenue growth through new logo acquisition and expansion of existing accounts via upsell and cross-sell motions.
  • • Day to day, you will develop and execute territory strategies, prospect for new business, collaborate with Sales Engineering, Business/Sales Development, RevOps, BusApps, IT, Legal, and Sales & Operations executives, and co-sell with Core Account Executives to align solutions with complex customer needs.
  • • Conga is a trusted provider of commercial operations software used by over 10,000 customers worldwide, including more than 50% of the Fortune 100, helping companies unify pricing, quoting, contracting, rebates, and communications to drive profitable growth and consistent buyer experiences.
  • • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in enterprise sales cycles, master stakeholder alignment across technical and business buyers, and grow your ability to deliver value in complex SaaS environments—positioning yourself for advancement into senior sales or leadership roles.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven track record of exceeding sales and prospecting quotas in a SaaS or technology sales environment.
  • • Strong prospecting experience with a passion for the hunt and ability to generate pipeline through outbound and strategic outreach.
  • • Strategic mindset capable of deep discovery, aligning with multiple decision makers, and building long-term business relationships.
  • • Experience working in or selling into the Salesforce ecosystem is an advantage.
  • • Demonstrated drive, results-orientation, and ability to thrive in complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
