• • As an Account Director/Senior Account Director at Real Chemistry LLC, you will serve as the primary client contact for emerging and mid-stage biotech companies, leading client relationships valued at approximately $2M and providing strategic counsel on medical affairs and publication workstreams within the Biotech Center of Excellence.
• • Day to day, you will serve as the trusted advisor and day-to-day client lead, providing senior-level strategic counsel, overseeing account operations to ensure seamless execution of high-quality deliverables, driving strategic planning and account growth, ensuring financial stewardship including budget oversight and forecasting, mentoring and developing team members, staying current on industry trends and regulatory updates, and supporting new business efforts through pitches and proposals.
