  • • As an Account Executive for the French and English bilingual market, you will drive WeTravel’s expansion into France and Belgium by owning the full sales cycle—from prospecting and discovery to closing deals and handing off to onboarding—directly contributing to the company’s growth in a key European market.
  • • Day to day, you will prospect and connect with tour operators in France and Belgium, run engaging product demos, manage your pipeline in HubSpot, source your own leads, gather market insights, close new business, and collaborate with product and marketing teams to share feedback that shapes future offerings.
  • • WeTravel is a fast-growing software company building momentum across Europe, with a sales team that blends autonomy and collaboration, values initiative and solution-oriented thinking, and celebrates wins together while supporting remote work and long-term career development.
  • • In this role, you will develop advanced B2B sales skills, deepen your expertise in the travel and hospitality tech space, learn to independently manage a full sales cycle, and grow your impact by influencing product strategy through real-world customer insights.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Native French speaker and fully proficient in English
  • • Experience with inside sales via email and phone
  • • Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot
  • • Background in B2B sales, ideally with small to mid-sized businesses
  • • Comfortable with cold outreach and managing a full sales cycle independently
  • • Bonus: Experience in hospitality or travel industry, understanding how tour operators operate

🏖️ Benefits

  • • Base salary of EUR 48,600 with uncapped commission (On Target Earnings: EUR 95,000 in Year 1, EUR 130,000 in Year 2)
