- • As a Partnership Manager – SMB Growth at Edmentum, you will play a pivotal role in expanding the company’s impact by building lasting relationships and driving growth within your assigned territory, directly contributing to the mission of ensuring all students have access to flexible learning environments and educators have the tools they need to succeed.
- • Day to day, you will grow and nurture long-term customer relationships, identify key contacts, conduct impactful meetings, close sales, build multiple relationships within accounts to cross-sell the full portfolio, drive new implementations, navigate complex sales processes, influence high-level decision makers, deliver compelling presentations, maintain deep product and market knowledge, and ensure accurate CRM data and timely sales forecasts to support business growth.

- • In this role, you will develop advanced consultative sales skills, deepen your expertise in K12 education and software markets, master CRM-driven pipeline management, and achieve measurable impact by expanding Edmentum’s reach and supporting educator success through innovative solutions.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in K12 education (preferred)
- • At least two years of sales experience, including presentations, outbound calls, and digital outreach
- • Experience with CRM systems and managing sales pipelines
- • Skilled at developing and maintaining strong client relationships
- • Excellent time management, communication, and presentation skills
- • Knowledgeable about the education and software markets (preferred)
