  • • As a Business Development Representative at Semperis, you will be the tip of the spear for sales efforts, driving revenue growth by generating qualified leads from inbound and outbound sources and contributing to the company’s rapid expansion in North America.
  • • Day to day, you will develop targeted prospect lists, qualify leads via cold calls, emails, and marketing leads, conduct lead generation activities using the sales development playbook, and provide feedback for process improvement based on field insights.
  • • You will partner with assigned SLED Account Executives to develop your territory, communicate Semperis’ cybersecurity value proposition to IT professionals, and consistently achieve assigned quotas and performance goals.
  • • You will maintain prospect data in Salesforce and Outreach, provide detailed notes to Account Executives, and continuously build knowledge on industry best practices and Semperis product offerings to advance your sales career.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven experience as a Business Development Representative, preferably in selling cybersecurity services
  • • Proven track record in generating qualified sales leads or meetings
  • • Strong communication skills via phone, email, and social platforms
  • • Experience with Salesforce, prospecting automation tools (Outreach, SalesLoft, Apollo), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other BDR prospecting tools
  • • Self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset with a collaborative spirit and desire to grow within a sales organization
