- • As a Business Development Executive at Gartner, you will play a critical role in expanding the company’s presence by acquiring new clients in the large enterprise and public sector markets, focusing on organizations with $1B+ in annual revenue.
- • You will drive the full sales cycle—from identifying prospects and initiating outreach to closing deals and transitioning accounts to account management—while building trust-based relationships with C-level executives to uncover mission-critical priorities and deliver tailored value.
- • You will manage a territory of new or existing prospects, maintain a high-quality pipeline, own forecasting and account planning, and ensure quota attainment through disciplined execution in complex, matrixed environments.
- • You will collaborate closely with account management teams to ensure seamless handoffs and exceptional client experiences, contributing to long-term client value and book-of-growth over time.

🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in complex, intangible sales environments.
- • Proven experience selling to or influencing C-level executives.
- • Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- • Ability to manage and forecast complex sales processes with precision.
- • Willingness to travel as needed for client engagement.
