- • Manage a portfolio of 28+ member relationships within the Banking and Financial Services industry as an Executive Partner (CIO Advisory) for Gartner’s Executive Programs, serving as a trusted advisor to CIOs and senior IT leaders.
- • Leverage subject matter expertise to design and deliver customized service solutions by assessing Mission Critical Priorities (MCPs) and aligning them with Gartner’s Executive Technology Services offerings.
- • Conduct a blend of on-site and virtual engagements including workshops, research analyst visits, roundtables, and webinars to drive client value and thought leadership.
- • Build strategic partnerships with Gartner’s Sales team to ensure client retention, renewal, and expansion of Executive Program business.
- • Present or facilitate at Executive Programs events, contributing to knowledge sharing and industry influence among global CIO communities.
- • Work within a global, inclusive organization of 20,000+ associates supporting over 13,000 client enterprises across 90 countries, guided by Gartner’s mission to empower leaders with objective, actionable insights.
- • Contribute to Gartner’s leadership in AI by accessing cutting-edge resources and helping clients navigate their AI journeys with expert guidance.
- • Grow professionally in a high-performance culture that values intellectual curiosity, innovation, and impact, with opportunities to shape the future of technology leadership.
🎯 Requirements
- • 15+ years of progressive technology experience in consulting and/or CxO roles, with deep exposure to domains such as AI, BI, ML, Digital Transformation, Blockchain, Big Data, and Cloud.
- • Proven experience leading or co-leading large-scale, end-to-end transformative initiatives in complex enterprise environments.
- • In-depth understanding of the CIO’s role, including IT strategy, operations management, leadership, metrics, and current industry challenges.
- • Demonstrated success in sales or business development engagements with C-level executives, particularly in technology or consulting contexts.
- • Strong preference for industry background in Banking, Credit Unions, Insurance, or Wealth and Investment Management.
