  • • As a Sales Operations Specialist at Bullhorn, you will play a critical role in enabling data-driven decision-making by supporting the sales organization’s operational needs, ensuring accurate revenue recognition, and maintaining data integrity across key business metrics.
  • • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include processing sales contracts for compliance and accuracy, supporting commission calculations, analyzing sales data to answer business questions, assisting Finance and Legal with monthly and quarterly close activities, and collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Legal, Marketing, and IT teams to resolve issues and improve processes.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Strong Excel skills and comfort working with large data sets
  • • Ability to solve complex business problems and adapt quickly in fast-moving environments
  • • Highly collaborative with experience working cross-functionally across teams and stakeholders
  • • Strong attention to detail, ownership mindset, and commitment to continuous process improvement
  • • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems, including CRM administration concepts
  • • Experience supporting compliance with revenue recognition and bookings policies
