- • As a Sales Operations Analyst at Penumbra, you will play a critical role in supporting the sales organization by analyzing performance data, optimizing processes, and enabling data-driven decision-making to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency.
- • Day to day, you will gather and analyze sales metrics, forecast performance, maintain CRM data integrity, generate reports for leadership, identify trends and bottlenecks in the sales pipeline, and collaborate with sales, finance, and marketing teams to improve forecasting accuracy and quota attainment.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field
- • 2+ years of experience in sales operations, business analysis, or a similar analytical role
- • Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau)
- • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate insights into actionable recommendations
- • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across sales, finance, and marketing teams
