- • As an MSP Account Executive at Pine Services Group’s iTech division, you will drive growth in Managed IT and Managed Security Services for SMB clients, serving as the key bridge between technology solutions and business outcomes.
- • Day to day, you will prospect and engage SMBs through cold outreach, referrals, and networking; lead consultative discovery conversations to uncover business goals and IT challenges; develop proposals and close multi-year recurring service agreements; manage pipeline and forecasting in HubSpot; and collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure successful onboarding, satisfaction, and contract expansion.
- • iTech, part of Pine Services Group, is a growing provider of managed IT and security services focused on SMBs across healthcare, financial services, manufacturing, education, and non-profits, with a mission to deliver scalable, tailored technology solutions aligned with client success.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in selling complex IT and cybersecurity solutions, master consultative sales in regulated industries, build long-term client relationships, and achieve significant earnings potential through uncapped commissions while contributing to company growth.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of outside B2B Technology sales experience (MSP/MSSP or IT services highly preferred)
- • Proven success meeting or exceeding quota in a recurring revenue model
- • Experience with both new business development and account growth
- • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- • Experience with HubSpot (or similar CRM), ZoomInfo, cold calling, and outbound prospecting
- • Working knowledge of MSP services (RMM, Help Desk, BDR, Security, M365, Azure) and cybersecurity models (SIEM, vulnerability management, compliance, SOC/SOCaaS)
