  • • As an Account Executive at ShowingTime, you will drive revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities in the real estate technology space. You will manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, leveraging ShowingTime’s innovative platform to deliver value to real estate professionals. Success in this role requires strong prospecting skills, consultative selling abilities, and the capacity to build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline while collaborating with marketing, product, and customer success teams to exceed quota targets.
  • • You will be responsible for generating and nurturing leads through outbound calling, email campaigns, and social selling, working closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment between lead generation efforts and product positioning. You will conduct product demonstrations, attend industry events, and participate in trade shows to showcase ShowingTime’s solutions and gather market intelligence.
  • • You will manage and update customer relationship data in CRM systems, ensuring accurate tracking of interactions and opportunities. You will provide accurate forecasting and reporting on sales performance, pipeline health, and quota attainment to sales leadership and executive stakeholders.
  • • You will collaborate with internal teams including product, marketing, and customer success to ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads and consistent messaging about product value and roadmap.
  • • You will represent ShowingTime professionally at industry events, conferences, and customer visits, acting as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert on real estate technology solutions.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably within real estate, proptech, or SaaS industries, with consistent success in meeting or exceeding quota targets.
  • • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively with C-suite executives, real estate brokers, agents, and property professionals.
  • • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a hunter mentality for prospecting and the discipline to manage time effectively and prioritize high-impact activities.
