- • As a Sales Operations Lead for the AMER region at Notion, you will play a crucial role in shaping go-to-market strategy and driving data-informed decision-making that directly impacts the company’s growth trajectory.
- • You will partner with AMER leadership to define and execute strategy around territory mapping, long-term account planning, and geographic expansion, while supporting business reviews, forecasting, and pipeline management to ensure global priorities are executed locally with regional nuance.
- • You will work closely with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to optimize processes, deliver actionable insights, and support strategic initiatives, reporting directly to the Head of Field Strategy & Operations.
- • In this role, you will build reporting and presentations for sales leadership, provide hands-on operational support to drive deals forward, enhance the sales technology stack with the GTM Systems team, and surface on-the-ground observations to global sales and RevOps leadership.
🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years of strategy, operations, and analytics experience with a proven track record of driving growth in sales operations, preferably within a high-growth SaaS environment.
- • Expert proficiency with core sales tools such as Salesforce, Gong, and Outreach, along with best practices for sales data management.
- • Expert-level user of Google Sheets or Excel, with experience in BI and data analysis tools like Tableau or Hex; SQL proficiency is a plus.
- • Strong collaborator who builds trust with stakeholders, enjoys working with people, and can convey complex information clearly and concisely to executives and diverse audiences.
- • Hands-on, proactive mindset with a builder’s mentality and demonstrated ability to own and develop projects spanning 6–12 months.
