📋 Description
- • As an Account Manager at Playson Limited, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customer accounts, driving revenue and fostering long-term relationships in the iGaming sector.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include developing and implementing strategic account plans, tracking and reporting monthly revenue performance, coordinating timely delivery of gaming solutioning as a trusted advisor.
- • You will represent the company at industry events, uphold and promote the company's core values while supporting client success across Latin American markets.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in iGaming account management, sharpen your analytical and communication skills, and grow your ability to deliver client-focused solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of 2 years of proven account management experience within the iGaming sector
- • Proficiency in English and Spanish; knowledge of Portuguese is beneficial but not essential
- • Strong understanding of the gambling industry with a focus on Latin American markets
- • Demonstrated ability to manage high-value accounts and clients effectively
- • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels
- • Proficiency in CRM and promotion management preferred
