📋 Description
- • Serve as the technical expert and trusted advisor to enterprise customers across Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) in selling BlueCat’s Intelligent NetOps platform.
- • Partner with Enterprise Sales teams to understand customer network infrastructure, challenges, and business objectives to tailor technical demonstrations and solutions.
- • Conduct live product demonstrations, proof-of-concept evaluations, and technical workshops to showcase BlueCat’s capabilities in network automation, change management, and predictive troubleshooting.
- • Translate complex technical features into business value propositions aligned with customer goals such as risk mitigation, operational agility, and compliance.
- • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to relay customer feedback, identify feature gaps, and influence product roadmap priorities.
- • Prepare and deliver technical responses to RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires with accuracy and timeliness.
- • Provide pre-sales technical support during contract negotiations, ensuring alignment between customer requirements and BlueCat’s solution capabilities.
- • Stay current on evolving network technologies, industry trends, and competitive landscape to maintain technical credibility with enterprise clients.
- • Build and maintain strong relationships with key technical stakeholders including network engineers, architects, security teams, and IT operations leaders.
- • Travel up to 25% within the CEE region to meet with customers, attend industry events, and support on-site evaluations.
- • Act as a bridge between sales and technical teams, ensuring seamless handoff to Customer Success and Implementation teams post-sale.
- • Represent BlueCat at industry conferences, webinars, and technical forums to enhance brand visibility and thought leadership in Intelligent NetOps.
- • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, technical assessments, and sales pipeline status in CRM systems.
- • Educate internal sales teams on product updates, technical differentiators, and competitive positioning to strengthen overall sales effectiveness.
- • Support customer onboarding by providing technical orientation and ensuring smooth transition from pre-sales to post-sales phases.
- • Uphold BlueCat’s award-winning culture by demonstrating integrity, collaboration, and commitment to inclusion in all customer and internal interactions.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Sales Engineer, Pre-Sales Consultant, or Technical Account Manager in enterprise software or network infrastructure.
- • Proven track record of successfully closing complex enterprise technology sales through technical leadership and customer trust-building.
- • Deep understanding of DNS, DHCP, IPAM (DDI), network automation, and network observability technologies.
- • Ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences across multiple organizational levels.
- • Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and managing sales pipelines in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
- • Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% within the CEE region.
