- • Senior Manager, Business Development role focused on cultivating leads and strengthening business development processes across Real Chemistry’s U.S.-based growth team, supporting the agency’s mission to transform healthcare through scientific expertise, creativity, and AI-driven insights.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting proposal and pitch deck development, managing RFIs and RFPs, tracking opportunities in Salesforce, partnering with senior leadership on strategy implementation, driving post-pitch debriefs, monitoring win rates and pipeline health, informing stakeholders of progress and risks, connecting cross-market teams, and contributing to a high-performing growth culture aligned with company values.

🎯 Requirements
- • 5–7+ years of experience in advertising, communications, consulting, or integrated marketing agency environments, with healthcare experience strongly preferred
- • Hands-on experience managing RFPs, proposals, and pitch processes end-to-end
- • Strong writing, storytelling, and presentation development skills
- • Experience working cross-functionally to align teams around shared goals and timelines
- • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and business development reporting or tracking tools
- • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to remain calm under pressure while managing multiple pursuits
