- • As an Internal Business Development Representative (iBDR) within the Marketing Department at Carl Zeiss AG, you will play a key role in driving territory growth and expanding market share by identifying and qualifying sales opportunities through consultative and conceptual selling approaches. This remote position supports ZEISS’s mission of innovation and sustainability across its global portfolio, including Industrial Quality & Research, Medical Technology, Consumer Markets, and Semiconductor Manufacturing Technology.
- • Day to day, you will identify and qualify leads, re-engage declining accounts, create strategic approaches to generate interest in field sales meetings, document customer interactions in Salesforce, support nationwide marketing and sales initiatives, track and report account progress, and collaborate with local territory sales teams to increase business. You will also follow safety standards and perform additional tasks as required.

🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of 3 years of experience in direct sales, telesales, customer support, marketing, or sales support
- • Prefer bachelor’s degree or 2-3 years of experience in direct sales, telesales, customer support, marketing, or sales support
- • Knowledge of Optical products or experience in optical dispensing
