- • As a Sales Executive - Health Navigation at Alight, you will drive external demand for Health Navigation Solutions in the enterprise market, positioning the company to win outsourcing opportunities by aligning sales strategy with client needs and influencing decisions at all organizational levels.
- • Day to day, you will achieve individual sales goals, develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies, gather and apply market intelligence, leverage lead generation and sales support tools, craft and present client offers, manage cost of sale, contribute to pricing decisions for optimal margin, and maximize the use of sanctioned tools like Salesforce.com.

- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in Health Navigation Solutions and broader HR outsourcing offerings, strengthen consultative selling and negotiation skills, build executive-level client relationships, and grow as a trusted advisor while contributing to team success through collaboration and best practice sharing.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of direct selling experience with demonstrated success in large, complex HR outsourcing or Health Navigation Solutions sales
- • Bachelor’s Degree required or equivalent work-related experience
- • Excellent selling and sales strategy skills, including ability to close opportunities and sell value over price
- • Broad content knowledge of human resource outsourcing (HRO) delivery areas with deeper knowledge in Health Navigation Solutions
- • Strong relationship management skills to build trusted advisor relationships at multiple client levels, including the C-suite
- • Ability to manage multiple complex sales processes with strong internal and external communication and project management skills
