  • • As a Growth Account Executive - Ecosystem at BILL Holdings, Inc., you will drive revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing sales opportunities with Accounting and Wealth Management firms, directly contributing to the company’s mission of empowering businesses through financial automation.
  • • Day to day, you will prospect and engage new clients, conduct consultative sales conversations, articulate ROI-driven solutions, manage pipeline and forecast accuracy in CRM, collaborate with internal teams, and travel as needed to meet client needs while maintaining a professional presence and embodying BILL’s cultural values.
  • • BILL is a purpose-driven fintech leader transforming financial processes for businesses of all sizes, fostering innovation, inclusion, and high performance across offices in San Jose, Draper, and remote-eligible roles, where collaboration and impact are central to the culture.
  • • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in SaaS and fintech sales, master consultative selling to professional service verticals, exceed revenue targets, and unlock career advancement opportunities within a fast-growing organization committed to employee growth and recognition.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven hunter and sales professional with a history of driving customer growth and success
  • • 3+ years of experience in Software/SaaS or Financial Tech sales with a successful track record of consistent quota achievement
  • • Previous experience selling to CPAs, Accounting firms, bookkeepers, banking, wealth management and professional service verticals strongly preferred
  • • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • • Ability to work in a virtual home office and travel on an as needed basis
