- • As an Account Executive for Vision Service Plan (VSP), you will drive revenue growth by managing and expanding a portfolio of eyewear product accounts across diverse industries, serving as the primary liaison between VSP and its business customers to ensure service excellence and market share expansion.
- • You will develop and execute creative sales strategies to identify and engage new prospects, cultivate long-term business relationships, and represent VSP’s eyewear line of business in all customer-facing activities, leveraging internal teams and partners to exceed quota targets while maintaining balanced product line performance.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining deep product and service knowledge, utilizing sales automation systems to track interactions and generate reports, analyzing market data, and collaborating with marketing and product development teams to align solutions with customer needs and communicate feedback to relevant VSP divisions.
- • You will act as a trusted advisor by understanding customers’ business challenges and applying innovative product solutions to address them, while ensuring accurate information is shared and service levels are consistently met through cross-departmental coordination.
- • This role requires frequent travel (over 50% of the time) to engage with clients across your assigned territory, demanding strong self-direction, resilience, and adaptability in a dynamic, customer-centric environment where you will operate with minimal supervision but high accountability.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- • Three or more years of proven sales experience with demonstrated success in account management, customer servicing, negotiation, and developing long-term business-to-business relationships
- • Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales and revenue goals, particularly with small to medium-sized accounts
- • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex information to diverse audiences
- • Ability to travel more than 50% of the time, maintain a clean driving record, and obtain and maintain any required state agent licensing for vision or health insurance products
