• • The Account Manager serves as the primary representative for assigned clients, managing and developing relationships to support service optimization, client satisfaction, and business growth. This role is critical to ensuring client success by acting as a liaison between clients and internal teams, driving retention, and identifying opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling services.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting routine client outreach and meetings, assessing client needs, coordinating internal resources to meet expectations, preparing and delivering performance reports, supporting new business identification, assisting with contract renewals, and advocating for clients to maximize satisfaction and profitability.
