- • The Sales Effectiveness Senior Analyst provides advanced analytical and administrative support to the North American Sales team, playing a critical role in enabling efficient sales operations and driving business growth through data-informed decision-making.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and submitting new sale quotes, interacting with underwriting on package and group benefit quotations, assisting in the creation of sales proposals and client-specific presentation materials, coordinating implementation with internal and external partners to improve client net promoter score, managing prospect/broker inquiries, preparing and sending application documents, coordinating new business installations, maintaining and generating reports in Salesforce.com, conducting ad hoc analyses using enterprise tools, and acting as a liaison across teams to solve problems and support project work.

- • In this role, the individual will develop deep expertise in sales operations within the group insurance industry, strengthen analytical and CRM skills, gain experience in cross-functional collaboration, and contribute directly to sales effectiveness and customer satisfaction initiatives, positioning them for advancement in sales operations, business analysis, or account management.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree or higher, preferably in business or business administration
- • 2+ years’ experience in an administrative support role, preferably in the insurance industry supporting Sales teams
- • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet Explorer
- • Knowledge of CRM/databases (salesforce.com) is strongly preferred
- • Strong analytical and research skills with high attention to detail
- • Excellent time management and communication skills (written & oral)
