- • As a Sales Manager for Major Market Rentals at Zillow Group, you will lead a national sales team focused on growing the rental marketplace by connecting property owners and operators with rental seekers across the U.S.
- • You will own and drive all aspects of team performance including strategy, personnel development, client relationships, sales production, and reporting, while coaching the team to high productivity and fostering long-term client partnerships.
- • You will work within a collaborative, high-energy team at Zillow Group, a company committed to helping users make smarter decisions about buying, renting, owning, and selling homes, and recognized as a top workplace for innovation and inclusivity.
- • In this role, you will develop leadership expertise in scaling sales operations, implementing data-driven processes, improving team performance through coaching, and building a high-impact sales culture in a fast-growing, dynamic environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of sales leadership experience, including goal setting, accountability metrics, and pipeline management
- • Consistent track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals in a growth and retention-focused environment
- • Ability to lead through ambiguity in a fast-paced, ever-evolving business landscape
- • Strong coaching skills for guiding sales teams through complex sales processes involving multiple stakeholders
- • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with ability to influence C-level executives and internal teams
- • Proficiency with CRM software, preferably Salesforce
- • Willingness to travel up to 50% to engage with clients and internal stakeholders
