- • Lead and scale a high-performing Healthcare sales team in the Ohio Valley region as a Regional Director reporting to the VP of Healthcare, driving revenue growth and market expansion for Zscaler’s cloud-native Zero Trust Exchange platform.
- • Coach, mentor, and develop sales representatives to achieve quota attainment through effective territory planning, resource allocation, and execution of proven sales methodologies in enterprise SaaS and security solutions.
- • Partner with cross-functional teams including Customer Success, Solution Architects, and Technology Partnerships to deliver integrated cloud security solutions that address complex healthcare industry challenges.
- • Build and nurture a culture of ownership, accountability, and customer obsession by leveraging data-driven insights and AI-enabled tools to improve sales effectiveness and team performance.
- • Represent Zscaler as a trusted advisor in the healthcare sector, engaging C-suite and technical stakeholders to advance digital transformation initiatives through secure, scalable cloud adoption.
- • Contribute to Zscaler’s mission of securing the AI age by identifying and pursuing new market opportunities, refining go-to-market strategies, and ensuring alignment with company-wide goals of innovation and execution excellence.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree or global equivalent in a related field
- • 5+ years of Healthcare sales leadership experience in software/SaaS
- • Proven experience building and leading successful sales teams
- • Demonstrated expertise in sales process and methodology, including territory planning, assessment, and resource allocation
- • Strong network within the healthcare and enterprise technology sectors to attract top-performing talent
- • Experience with SaaS business models and enterprise security solutions
