• • As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) focused on the SMB segment in Africa, you will play a critical role in driving top-of-funnel growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective customers through inbound and outbound prospecting, directly contributing to pipeline development and revenue performance.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include generating new business opportunities via email, phone, social channels, events, and campaigns; researching and qualifying leads; creating personalized outreach sequences; nurturing leads toward qualified meetings; maintaining accurate CRM data; collaborating with Account Executives on handoffs; and partnering with Sales, Marketing, and other teams to refine lead-generation processes.
