- • As an Inbound Phone Sales Agent at Summit Racing Equipment, you will help automotive enthusiasts select the right parts to build or enhance their vehicles, delivering exceptional customer service without high-pressure tactics or outbound calling.
- • Day to day, you will handle inbound customer calls, assess needs, recommend products, and provide upsells and cross-sells based on customer goals, all while working remotely from your home in Georgia.
